It costs approximately $17,000-$20,000 in expenses to adopt in Ukraine. Adoption Services International provides a guaranteed maximum administrative and consulting cost to provide you with predictability and peace of mind that there will not be any financial “surprises”. In addition, our Consulting Service Fee is $4000. Travel expenses are determined by your budget and requirements. All together, you can expect between $35-40,000.
